Akasaka Intercity AIR

Akasaka Intercity AIR is an innovative Mixed-use complex of offices, residential units, conferences and retails, etc. project in the Category1 Urban Redevelopment Project in Tokyo. The concept is based on “Community Planning" with livable, comfortable, and pleasant living and working environment for all the people with consideration to greenery and the neighborhood, made the environmental load reduction, and Business continuity planning (BCP) as the theme leading “Tokyo of the Next Generation”. We are not simply aiming to provide a workplace, but to transform approx. more than 5000 square meters area in the heart of the city into a “Abundant Greenery” as the space for the friendly and relaxing space. The green network also brings the “Abundance” in terms of activity, amenity and the energy cooperated with the surrounding developmental city block of the large-scale city towards the future.
