[Tokyo Toranomon Global Square] obtained the LEED-CS GOLD certification. Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) is a set of green building rating systems developed by non-profit organization, U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED sets standards used for environmentally sustainable built environments (building and infrastructure).

CS is an abbreviation for Core and Shell, a category for newly constructed commercial projects.
There are four levels to the LEED certification and the GOLD certification that our Tokyo Toranomon Global Square obtained is the second level from the top.
