HEALTH POLICY
Guided by the Nihon Sekkei corporate philosophy, we engage in the design of architecture, urban planning, and environmental design to create spaces that foster rich, free human activities, and meaningful connections between people. We believe that the health of every employee is fundamental to this mission.
When employees are physically and mentally healthy, they can continue to grow with the organization and embrace challenges. Through health-focused initiatives, we are committed to creating a vibrant and supportive workplace where employees can thrive while co-creating future value with our clients and society.
Our Approach to Health and Its Significance
We believe that the health of each employee directly contributes to the sustainable growth of the organization and our ability to contribute to society. When employees are healthy, they can fully demonstrate their creativity and productivity, leading to better outcomes.
By implementing health-related initiatives and fostering a safe and supportive work environment, we aim to enhance employee engagement and energize the organization as a whole. With this in mind, we are actively promoting health programs and establishing a framework to support the well-being of every employee.
Promotion System
Our health initiatives are led by the executive officer responsible for corporate management, with the Corporate Management Department serving as the implementing body.
We have established a dedicated health promotion team, including occupational health staff (occupational physician and public health nurses). This team works in close collaboration with the Industrial Health Committee, the Health Insurance Association, and external stakeholders to provide personalized health support for all employees.
We also regularly monitor and evaluate the implementation of each initiative and pursue continuous improvement.
