The project is located in the Changfeng Environmental Development District in central Shanghai.
The site is divided into two by a main road with a subway station underneath which were integrated into the design.
The station concourse connects directly with the Sunken Square on the same level, with abundant natural sunlight from above, leading to its nickname "Station of Light".
