The project is the first phase of an office park development in a suburb near Shanghai, China.
29 small to medium scale office blocks are randomly located throughout the landscaped site overflowing with waterscapes and greenery. All offices enjoy views of the garden, creating comfortable work environments.
The organically shaped pedestrian circulation and over path weave through the site and are planned to be integrated with the high rise office blocks planned for 2nd and 3rd phases now under planning.
