Hakone Kowakien Yunessun
This is a leading project for a new concept to create the "Hot spring resort of Hakone" in the new century.
With the major conceptual elements of "Beauty", "Pleasure", and "Festival", the intention was to meld with the natural environment of Hakone and create a home of the hot springs, surrounded by the natural woods.
In addition to the hot spring spas, there are restaurants, shopping and amusement facilities to meet the needs of people of all ages.
The buildings are plotted in alternate patterns along the periphery ridge, and the entire facility blended into the surrounding environment forms a holistic landscape.
