CASBEE-Wellness Office Advance Evaluation Certification Standard
Akasaka Intercity AIR has been awarded CASBEE- Smart Wellness Office Certification S Rank under the CASBEE-Wellness Office Advance Evaluation Certification Standard.
CASBEE- Wellness Office was established in 2019 by the Institute for Building Environment and Energy Conservation (IBEC) as a scheme for evaluating the specifications, performance and engagement of buildings for their effectiveness in promoting the health and amenity of the users. The scheme evaluates not only factors directly affecting the health and amenity of the workers in the work environment, but also the factors affecting their intellectual productivity and building performance related to safety and security. The evaluated results are assigned one of 5 ranks based on the combined score for all categories, with S as the highest rank.
