NIHON SEKKEI has preservation and operation management design service from the mid- and long-term point of views.
In order to preserve and improve the building property value, NIHON SEKKEI will propose maintenance management and improvement plan. Those proposal will based on interviews to the building users and field surveys in terms of the durable period of exterior finishing and facility equipment and others.

The mid- and long-term Preservation Plan needs to be based on the building purpose and facility management. In these ways, the plan could be used effectively along with clients’ and the users’ demands.
