Reorganization of the corporate structure (scheduled to take effect on October 1, 2021)
We are pleased to announce the reorganization of our corporate structure, effective October 1, 2021.
To date, project management and construction management were the bread and butter of the Project & Construction Management Dept., while the Area Design Dept. has been responsible for the proposal of creative urban development projects to our clients. These two divisions have been integrated to form a new Project Design Div. to more readily answer the call of today’s urban development and construction project needs.
Both in Japan and abroad, recent years have seen increasingly complex and large-scale urban renewal projects as well as projects requiring a creative approach for regional development.
Through integration, we are bringing together the collective wisdom of both divisions and designing the best version of our projects. We are reaching beyond silos to actively co-create with both internal and outside experts. To reach the finish line marked by our clients, we will analyze business structures and processes from the get-go, and continue to design the very nature of our projects as a proposal-based organization.
