Basic Compliance Policy

We, NIHON SEKKEI, INC., regard "compliance" not simply as the adherence by all our officers and employees to various laws and regulations, but also the practice of sincere and fair business activities in line with social norms. We will strictly follow the "principles of compliance" stated below.

Declaration on Compliance with the Antimonopoly Act

We, NIHON SEKKEI, INC., will act as a fair competitor in compliance with the Antimonopoly Act, which promotes fair competition among business operators, and based on the "principles of compliance" set forth in our Basic Compliance Policy when bidding for tenders and the like.
We hereby declare that all our officers and employees will engage in business in good faith in compliance with the Antimonopoly Act and the guidelines of the Japan Fair Trade Commission.
