This is an urban complex containing private sector facilities such as hotel, office, and commercial spaces, and joint government-private facilities such as a concert hall, gallery, and museum.
These facilities provide an enterprise base to promote the Music Culture City Plan, International Convention City Plan, and the Hamamatsu Technopolis Plan.
