Practical Technique of BIM (for Operation & Maintenance) was jointly developed

NIHON SEKKEI, Inc & Autodesk, Inc formed a coalition partnership towards the realization of BIM for next generation from September, 2014.
We have offered the constructional and the city environmental activities that achieve the maximum effect of BIM through a lifetime-buildings for owners and the users.
Recently, both companies have developed the new BIM data system that makes the best of the operation and maintenance stage after the building completion.
We’ll promote it as one of the promising main efforts.
