Thu Duc House Hiep Phu High-Grade Apartment Building

A high-class condominium building in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The design required to have a considerable parking space that exceeds the total number of apartment units, to create enough green space and to design a kindergarten and a playground to match the size of the building. The original design included 343 units and the requirements were considerably complicated, therefore had to create 2 basement levels to fulfill these requirements. The client requested a design with a sense of luxury, adding to that to place the retail and restaurant facilities in the 1st and 2nd floors.
