TRANSMECO (Basic Design)

A 27 storied office building in a development area in Hanoi. The project aims to achieve high performance specifications to meet the standards of foreign companies as a permanent value asset. The façade facing the main street has deeply chiselled features with vertical grids. Concurrently, the aim is to create an eco-friendly building that will reduce environmental burdens. As for the compact standard floor plan, we have given careful consideration even to the common use space under the principle of "workers first" so that the office will be comfortable and have flexibility to meet future tenant changes.
